She is recognized for leading early concept initiatives that require critical and creative thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt to changing business dynamics.

Donna has been at the forefront of innovation throughout her career, testing its boundaries and leading early adoption. She is regular speaker and author on emerging technologies. She has written and led industry forums on a range of topics including IT risk management and governance, quantum computing, artificial intelligence and machine learning and ESG.

Donna holds advisory positions at the Holt Accelerator, Compliance.AI and is a board member of the Canadian Regulatory Technology Association which she founded in 2019.
